Return Policy for Kenoshi.
Thank you for shopping with Kenoshi! We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t quite right, we're here to help. Please read our return policy below for more details.
All Sales Are Final
Unless your item is damaged or defective, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any items, including pre-made or pre-order items. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will be happy to assist you with a return or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
Once we receive your request, we will issue a return shipping label and send a replacement or provide a full refund for the damaged item. Order must be sent within 14 days from date delivered. Kenoshi will cover the costs of shipping if the item is defective or damaged, although the item(s) will be subject to a 10% restock fee.
How to Report a Damaged or Defective Item
To report a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at support@kenoshi.shop with the necessary information. We will guide you through the process and ensure your issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our business, all items are considered final sale once purchased. We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective. This includes:
- Pre-made items
- Pre-order items
- Sale items
