Thank you for shopping with Kenoshi! We’re excited to get your order to you. To help you understand how we handle shipping, please read our policy below.

Processing Time

At Kenoshi, we offer both pre-made and pre-order items, each with different shipping timelines.

  • Pre-Made Items: These items are ready to ship and will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. We handle these shipments personally to ensure they arrive quickly and safely to you.

  • Pre-Order Items: These items are made-to-order and will be fulfilled through Tapstitch, which handles the production and shipping. Please note that pre-order items typically require 2-4 weeks for processing and delivery, depending on the production schedule. Estimated delivery times for pre-order items will be provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping (Within Canada)

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. 
  • The shipping time is dependent on the method chosen:
    • Special line: 10d avg; 95% in 15d.
    • International shipping: 5d avg; 95% in 7d.
    • Standard shipping: 25d avg; 95% in 30d
  • These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and do not include the production time to customize products.
  • These estimates exclude local holidays, occasional unavoidable events, and incorrect information (such as when customers provide the wrong address or contact information). 
  • Each order has a tracking number that enables the monitoring of packages. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. For pre-made items, the tracking information will be available shortly after shipping. For pre-order items, once the order is fulfilled by Tapstitch, you will also receive tracking details to follow the journey of your item.

Order Split Shipments

If your order includes both pre-made and pre-order items, they may ship separately. You will receive tracking information for each shipment once they leave our facility or Tapstitch's production center.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Kenoshi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to the carrier directly. However, if you need assistance, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to help!

Returns & Exchanges

For information on returns and exchanges, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page. Please note that pre-order items may have a slightly different return policy due to their made-to-order nature.
